1, wood dado

?? The structure of wood dado and wood skirt. Bury anti-corrosion wooden bricks in the wall, fix the wooden dragon skeleton on the wooden bricks, and then nail or stick the panel to the wooden dragon skeleton. The section of wooden keel is 20~40 mm × 40~50 mm, and the spacing between wood keels is 400~600 mm

2. Construction process of wood dado and wood dado

?? Wall treatment → Snap line → Making wood skeleton → Fixed wood frame → Install wood veneer → Installation of closing line

3. Key points of construction

? (1) The wall surface shall be flat. If the flatness error of the wall is within 10mm, the method of plastering and finishing can be adopted; If the error is greater than 10mm, wooden blocks can be added between the wall and keel

? (2) According to the height of the dado and the size of the room, nail the wooden rod through the bone, install it in whole or in pieces, install the skirting board at the bottom of the wooden dado, fix the skirting board on the skid and wallboard, the height of the skirting board is 150 mm, and the riser is fixed on the dado with wooden wire

? (3) Determine the size between the wooden dragon bones according to the thickness of the panel. The horizontal keel is generally about 400mm, and the vertical keel is generally 600mm. When the panel thickness is more than 1mm, the horizontal keel spacing can be appropriately enlarged

? (4) When nailing wood nails, the top of the parapet Board shall be leveled by pulling wires, and the specification and size of the wood batten shall be consistent

? (5) After the installation of the wooden dado, the finishing treatment should be carried out immediately, and the oil should be painted once to prevent other types of work from polluting the board surface

4. Precautions

?? If the wall is wet, it should be constructed after drying, or moisture-proof treatment should be done. First, you can make a damp proof course on the wall first; Second, air holes can be left on and under the parapet; Third, the panel and wooden keel can be separated from the wall by overhanging the wooden bricks in the wall to avoid the influence of moisture on the panel

?? Wooden keels must be nailed at the internal and external corners of the two walls

?? If varnish is applied, the panel with the same tree species, color and pattern shall be selected
