Hanwei passed the factory test witness of the localization appraisal meeting of large-diameter all welded ball valves
on July 4, entrusted by the national energy administration, a factory test witness expert group composed of China Machinery Industry Federation and China National Petroleum Corporation should invite professionals to repair the oil as soon as possible conducted on-site data review and test on the large-diameter all welded ball valves developed and manufactured by Hanwei
On July 4, entrusted by the national energy administration, a factory test witness expert group convened by China Machinery Industry Federation and PetroChina conducted on-site data review and test on the large-diameter all welded ball valve developed and manufactured by Hanweiin order to accelerate the promotion of the localization of key equipment in natural gas long-distance pipelines, PetroChina needs to find a new supplier of domestic large-diameter all welded ball valves with rich products in the lithium industry. After strict preliminary screening, Hanwei has become one of the alternative suppliers. The qualification requirements are very strict, with as many as 19 test items. The purpose of the expert group is to review the manufacturing capacity, quality management capacity and process level of Hanwei company for large-diameter all welded ball valves, so as to identify whether Hanwei company meets the requirements of PetroChina for purchasing large-diameter ball valves
the prototype of Hanwei applied for appraisal this time is an electric, a pneumatic hydraulic 48 ″ -class900 all welded ball valve, a total of two prototypes. As early as 2007, Hanwei company has begun to study large-diameter all welded high-pressure pipeline ball valves, and has successively developed 24 "-600lb and 40" -600lb large-diameter all welded ball valves. All indicators of the high temperature control accuracy valve fully meet the requirements of API 6D, and comply with the technical conditions for localization and trial production of high-pressure large-diameter all welded ball valves, factory test outline, industrial assessment test outline and other relevant technical documents. In 2010, Hanwei specially expanded a heavy-duty workshop to meet the R & D and manufacturing requirements of large-diameter valves. So far, the large-scale vertical lathe, 2.5m vertical CNC lathe, 40t large boring machine, 50t crane, large submerged arc welding machine and other professional large-scale equipment equipped in the workshop can fully meet the production and manufacturing requirements of PetroChina for large-diameter all welded ball valves
at the meeting, general manager Chen Weibin extended a warm welcome to the visit of the expert group. Then, marketing director Lu Zhengyuan made a detailed report on the development process and production capacity of 48 "- class900 all welded ball valve in the form of PPT from five aspects: project overview, technical equipment, R & D capability, quality management and innovation capability. The expert group was listening to the report, After in-depth communication and discussion, we have a more intuitive understanding of Hanwei's manufacturing and R & D capabilities and appreciate Hanwei's ability in valve quality assurance
After the meeting, the expert group came to the heavy-duty workshop to witness the prototype test, focusing on the shell hydraulic strength test and high-pressure sealing test of the electric ball valve. The results of these two tests fully meet the audit requirements of the expert group. Hanwei company successfully passed the factory test witness of the localization appraisal meeting of large-diameter all welded ball valvethrough the review of appraisal data and factory witness test, PetroChina has a deeper understanding of the R & D and manufacturing capacity of Hanwei company's large-diameter all welded ball valve, which also shows that Hanwei is fully capable and confident to meet PetroChina's requirements for large-diameter all welded ball valve, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation and exchanges between the two sides in the future
